Cash App not giving me access to the old account with money

If you have an old bank account that you haven't used for years, you can restore it to Cash App. Open the app, enter your old email address and phone number, and click Sign In. If the old account has funds, you can also add the bank using your debit card. In addition to your old bank details, you can use Cash App to invest in stocks and Bitcoin. Following are the steps you need to take for cash app account recovery:

  • First, open Cash App and click on the profile icon.
  • Select "Add a Bank."
  • Enter your old bank account and debit card last three digits when asked.
  • If you don't have this information, you can use a similar debit card or other methods.
  • Log in to the Cash App to access your old account when you're finished.
  • After you've completed this step, tap on the old bank account and tap on the profile icon.
